  I'm usually around this Starbucks everyday so my friends and I go here often. It's our "hang out spot" the baristas are so friendly and they know my friends and I by name. I really enjoy going to this Starbucks and our drinks are always made fast, but it takes a while to get a cup of water. Other then that this is the best Starbucks ever and I love the staff.

  The amount of times I visited this location the positive experience is low. Last visit was just unprofessional. Placed an advance mobile order I entered the location few people on line and some waiting to pick up the order. I am waiting I see other people who just placed orders come and go I'm still here waiting. 10 mins now since order was placed asked how much long for my order? Gent ask for my name and will look. Ok... still waiting... 20 mins later still didn't get an answer my phone at 2% I doubled checked to see if I placed at the wrong location NOPE No mistakes was made on my end. 20mins later I'm pretty much annoyed no answer was given so I ask the same gent "well you have an answer or what? You said you will let me know and I got nothing. I placed the order 3:13 it's now 3:32" his response "well I haven't seen it it hasn't come up yet with it comes order will be made it's busy as you can see" okay that's understanding but people walking in and out and I'm still standing here for how long now? I tried to show him my order to prove I placed here and not making it up before my phone died. Now it's 3:39 STILL NO ORDER!! Not even bother asking why am I still there nothing. I asked Eddie to look at my mobile order and confirm if right place and if he can make it already I've been here way too long for a frap he said he'll make it after this one being made I told him thank you!
  I've seen Eddie couple times visiting this location he's helpful. But the other Gent I will not say his whole name just that it starts with a A, Service could've been a whole lot better. Don't say you will look into it and not do so and get upset with me for waiting 10 mins or more for an answer from you.

  Slow. Always. Always. Always. Small location-they aren't even required to have a restroom by law.  Great location, but always so slow regardless of day  or time of week. I usually hit Dunkin or just wait until I get into Manhattan to hit another Starbucks.
  Nice enough staff but I refuse to wait so long for coffee.

  Lately, this location has had a lot of staff turnover. Many of my mobile orders are either wrong or forgotten (one repeat offender never warms the pastries when requested). I still go to this location because of its proximity but folks, lower your expectations.

  Monica took my order and was very kind and patient with me as I didn't know exactly what I wanted. A chill vibe with knowledgeable and respectful employees makes this location awesome.
